Got the scores for last week's poetry: 90.4%!! The teacher says my poems were the "most sophisticated submitted." Woot! 88% on last week's writing assignment, though again with requests for additional detail. This time I knew there would be, though. This project was "creative nonfiction" and so I wrote the story of how my paternal grandparents met. Huzzah! I just found out that I got 90% on my second story for the creative writing class. I'd only gotten 84% on the first one, so that's a big improvement. This gives me an overall grade so far of 85%, and we're only halfway through the class. Plenty of time to bring that up a bit. I'm so jazzed; this is much better than I was doing ( Read more... )
